BOSTON, March 30 To mark its tenth anniversary, all three Sel de la Terre (SDLT) restaurants are celebrating "outward" by hosting a series of special benefit dinners that will each support the work of three important Boston-area nonprofits, all of which help children and their families at times of medical strife. Sel de la Terre's "top chefs" (three chefs de cuisines and the co-owner/executive chef) will be together at all three restaurants to cook and present their personal course for these unique four-course prix fixe dinners with wine pairings. The celebration dinners take place on Tuesday nights in April, rotating across the three restaurant locations in Boston and Natick, with more than half of the proceeds from the all-inclusive dinners going to the designated nonprofit. Reservations are now being accepted for:

ABOUT SEL DE LA TERRE: The three Sel de la Terre bistros feature chef-driven rustic menus inspired by Provencal cooking style and morning harvests from the restaurants' Apple Street Farm. It is rare for the chefs de cuisine and executive chefs to be together at one restaurant to prepare signature individual courses, as Sel de la Terre is doing to commemorate its 10th anniversary by helping three important children's nonprofit organizations.
