NEW YORK, Dec. 15 Vitech Systems Group, a leading provider of Benefits Administration and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, announced today that it has completed a major V3 Benefits System CRM implementation for the Screen Actors Guild-Producers Pension & Health Plans (SAG-PH).

The new system provides advanced customer service capabilities to SAG-PH call center personnel in Burbank, Ventura and New York. The system was installed using Vitech's V3 Benefits Administration System which consolidated data from multiple legacy systems into a single service solution. It provides extensive call tracking and service management features, including the seamless integration of phone, email and fax communications.

In addition to the V3 Benefits Software, Vitech provided SAG-PH with related implementation services including project management, solution design, solution integration, data conversion, quality assurance and training. The project was co-managed by Vitech and SAG-PH personnel.
