Silverdog Publishing, who owned the title since 2006, developed thepublication's online presence in anticipation for future growth as UK lawconverges with EU regulations, such as REACH, widening the readership andinfluence of the publication.
This transaction represents the third acquisition by Schofield Publishingin three years, and adds the first newsletter to its UK stable of 16business-to-business magazines.
Mike Tulloch, Schofield Publishing MD, believes the acquisition thenatural next step for the company.
