Saratoga Hospital Purchases Three IDC DR Systems

CALGARY, April 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - IDC (Imaging Dynamics CompanyLtd.) (TSX: IDL), the global leader in the rapidly growing market for digitalradiography, today announced that Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, NewYork has purchased IDC's X2200, X1590, and X1600 Plus direct digitalradiography (DR) systems to replace conventional film X-ray equipment in itsthree radiography rooms. Saratoga Hospital chose IDC for its ease-of-use,user-friendly interface, customer service and affordability.

Saratoga Hospital has more than 280 physicians with a wide range ofmedical specialties. The hospital, which is more than 100 years old, has beenpursuing digital technology to achieve efficiencies in many areas of care.According to Mildred Aviles, Director of Medical Imaging Services at SaratogaHospital, "Upgrading to IDC's DR systems is helping us to better meet theimaging needs of both our physicians and patients. We are able to provideinformation more quickly and accurately to a larger number of people."

The hospital conducted an extensive evaluation of digital radiographysystems prior to making its purchasing decision. "We went on several sitevisits and talked to customers," said Aviles.
