Hart has 25 years of experience developing, opening, operating and leadingnot-for-profit continuing care retirement communities. He has both regionaland single site operational experience with planning, developing, marketing,constructing, and operating continuing care retirement communities and hasbeen with SantaFe HealthCare since 2007.

North Florida Retirement Village(The Village) in Gainesville is a 104-acre community that serves more than 450seniors. The Village is currently undergoing a $100 million major expansion,which will serve over 700 seniors when complete in 2009. Bayview Gardens inClearwater is a 32-acre community serving 200 seniors. Bayview Gardens isbeing renamed Bella Terra on the Bay in connection with the final planning fora $140 million redevelopment into a state-of-the-art retirement community thatwill serve over 350 seniors. East Ridge Retirement Village, located in TheTown of Cutler Bay, is also in the final planning stage for a partial $125million redevelopment of its lush, 76 acre campus. East Ridge serves 300seniors. And, The Terraces at Bonita Springs, a new senior living communitythat combines independent, assisted living and health care in a $170 million,350,000-square-foot village, will be developed on the Tamiami Trail in BonitaSprings, and scheduled to serve 300 seniors in 2012.
