Saatchi & Saatchi Consumer Healthcare Becomes Saatchi & Saatchi Consumer Health+Wellness

NEW YORK, Sept. 6 Saatchi & Saatchi HealthcareCommunications (SSHC) today announced that Saatchi & Saatchi ConsumerHealthcare will now be known as Saatchi & Saatchi Consumer Health+Wellness(SSCHW), a signal that the DTC giant is about to deliver on the reinventionits been promising.

Jim Joseph, the new Executive Vice President and Managing Director, is thechief architect of this new strategic direction for Saatchi & Saatchi ConsumerHealth and Wellness. The new name positions the agency to better serve itsrole as a leader in consumer health communications.

"For consumers, the notion of health is a very personal combination ofunique physical, mental and lifestyle issues ... often referred to aswellness, Wellness is not the "catch phrase du jour." It's a new consumermindset," said Mr. Joseph. About Jim Joseph

Jim Joseph has experience that spans both sides of the consumer marketingworld. He managed brands for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products, Arm &Hammer, and Carnation, running the gamut from baby care to skin care and fromoral care to food products. Along the way, Jim learned the importance of trueconsumer insights and sound strategic thinking to build brands. As a client,he set high standards for creative development and helped bring out the bestin his agencies. Moving to the agency side, Jim joined the Publicis family in1998 when he formed a new agency for the Groupe.
