Rust has joined the firm as a Partner in the firm's Health Services and Corporate Practice Groups. A former Associate at Rivkin Radler, Mr. Rust was most recently a partner at Farrell Fritz.

Mr. Rust, of Garden City, New York, has more than 15 years of experience representing healthcare and corporate clients in transactional and regulatory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, governance issues, research collaborations and licensing arrangements, employment and consulting agreements, and a range of general commercial and healthcare-related agreements.
Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Mr. Rust served as practice group leader for Farrell Fritz's corporate and finance group.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law.
