In addition, Kimberly Ann Hodgkinson, director of finance for AuroraHealthcare Ventures, was elected treasurer after serving the previous year asthe association's secretary. The elections were held at the annual CCAmeeting, October 15, in Washington, D.C.

Founded in September 2006, CCA represents companies that own and operatesmall healthcare facilities located in high-traffic retail outlets withaccessible pharmacy services. These clinics provide routine, non-emergencycare to walk-in patients at affordable prices seven days a week. The CCA'smission is to strengthen and advance the Convenient Care model, which isdesigned to provide high-quality care that fits into consumers' busy lives andlimited budgets. The Convenient Care industry has grown quickly since thefirst clinic opened in 2000, and today there are over 600 such clinicsoperated by more than a dozen companies in 36 states.
