This new initiative expands the program Ralphs introduced in April thatprovides a $4 price for hundreds of generic drugs prescribed in 30-daysupplies. It also complements several other programs Ralphs is offeringcustomers to help them stretch their household budgets, including:

Expanded Women's Health Generics
Ralphs said it is also increasing the number of women's health medicationsit offers at a discounted price. They include drugs such as tamoxifen to treatbreast cancer, combination estrogen/methyltestosterone for hormonereplacement, as well as Alendronate, the generic version of osteoporosismedication Fosamax(R).
