QED International Associates Announces Changes to the HealthShares(TM) GI/Gender Health Index

NEW YORK, Feb. 26 QED International Associates, Inc,administrator for the HealthShares(TM) Indexes, a series of 20 underlyingindexes for the HealthShares(TM) Exchange-Traded Funds, today announced thateffective at the opening of trading on Friday February 29, 2008, UCB SA(Brussels: UCB.BR) will replace Axcan Pharma, Inc. (Nasdaq (GS): AXCA) in theHealthShares(TM) GI/Gender Health Index. Axcan Pharma is being acquired by anaffiliate of TPG Capital, a leading private investment firm founded in 1992.

Companies included in the GI/Gender Health Index are engaged in theresearch, clinical development and/or commercialization of therapeutic agentsfor the treatment of a wide variety of diseases including, but not limited to,gastrointestinal disorders such as gastroesophageal reflux disease, heartburn,irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's Disease and ulcerative colitis;genitourinary disorders such as overactive bladder, urge incontinence, stressincontinence and urinary tract infection; and gender health matters includingsexual dysfunction (male and female), endometriosis, benign prostatichyperplasia, prolapsed womb and reproductive health..
