TUCSON, Ariz., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Providence Service Corporation (Nasdaq: PRSC) today announced that Fletcher McCusker, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to present an overview of the Company's operations at the Sidoti & Company's First 2010 Micro Cap Conference on Monday, January 11, 2010 at The Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City.  Providence's presentation is scheduled for 1:50 p.m. ET.  

On Thursday, January 14, 2010, Mr. McCusker will also present at the Tenth Annual CJS Securities "New Ideas for the New Year" Conference, also taking place in New York City.
