This fellowship brings together the world's top cybersecurity leaders from private industry, academia, journalism, the public sector, and the military to envision and build the future of cybersecurity.
Lord's efforts will focus on defining and shaping the program's next-generation efforts in health care cybersecurity, leveraging New America's global leadership in social policy, technology, security and innovation. Lord will focus on the intersection of artificial intelligence, health care and cybersecurity, and particularly on how to renew and invigorate trust in health care.
Specifically, Lord will examine the health care cybersecurity and privacy workforce of the future, how artificial intelligence can "bend the curve" in many of cybersecurity's currently-manual challenges, and the implications of advanced analytics in health care for patients and health systems.
