Prior to joining ProLung, Mr. Stout was the Controller of Amedica Corp, where he served from March 2014 to April 2017 and was responsible for a wide range of financial and accounting services. He served as a Senior Financial Accountant with America First Credit Union from August 2011 to April 2014. Mr. Stout has a Masters of Professional Accounting from Weber State University.
