Prime Companies Begins Financial Audit

ANTHEM, Ariz.., Dec. 22 Prime Companies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PCIR) today announced that its auditors, Stonefield Josephson, Inc., Los Angeles, California, has begun the audit of the Company's 2007 financials.



"The audit is expected to be completed by January 31, 2009," said Stephen Goodman, CFO. "This is the first important step toward becoming a fully reporting company and applying to return to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board for our stock transactions."



"Stonefield Josephson has been named one of America's top 25 auditors several times and we look forward to working with them to expeditiously update our filings," said Chris Theotocatos, CEO.



Prime Companies also announced that an investor bulletin board, where shareholders and prospective investors can exchange ideas and comments about the Company, is now available at http://www.investmentnation.com .
