Press Ganey Adds to Leadership Team as Product Lines Continue to Grow

SOUTH BEND, Ind., May 6 Press Ganey Associates, Inc. today announced the promotion of Robert Draughon to president and chief financial officer. The company also announced the addition of Christopher Clemmensen as vice president, hospital marketing. These two Press Ganey leadership announcements come at a time when the company is poised for additional growth.

Draughon has been with Press Ganey since early 2009 when he was named chief financial officer. In his role as president and chief financial officer, he will lead the strategic business planning program in an effort to continue company growth. Prior to Press Ganey, Draughon worked in finance and corporate development for several health care and investment companies including, most recently, WebMD. He graduated from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University with a master's in business administration and from Wake Forest University with a bachelor's in economics.

"Rob has already made substantial contributions to Press Ganey since joining the company last year," said CEO Richard Siegrist. "His experience in the health care industry will continue to be a great asset as he takes on additional responsibilities as president of the company."

Clemmensen, who joined the company as vice president, hospital marketing, will be responsible for driving growth and strategy for Press Ganey's hospital service products. Before joining Press Ganey, Clemmensen held senior marketing positions with other health care organizations, including Thomson Reuters, Solucient and Caremark. Earlier marketing experience includes positions with companies such as S.C. Johnson, Motorola and Kraft Foods. He graduated with a master's in business administration from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and has a bachelor's in business from the University of Illinois, Urbana.
