Precyse Solutions Appoints Pam Arlotto, FHIMSS, MBA and Carl Witonsky to Precyse Advisory Council

WAYNE, Pa., Sept. 9 Precyse Solutions today announced theappointments of Pam Arlotto, FHIMSS, MBA and Carl Witonsky to the PrecyseAdvisory Council. The objective of the Precyse Advisory Council is to providecandid advice and to assist in setting the strategic direction of the firm.These appointments demonstrate Precyse's commitment to providing leadinginformation technologies that better serve its healthcare informationmanagement clientele.

Ms. Arlotto has a twenty-nine-year track record as a healthcare industryconsultant and entrepreneur. As President of Maestro Strategies LLC, shecombines her extensive experience in strategic planning, organization design,and process transformation with information technology expertise to create afirm with a unique focus on value improvement in healthcare. Under herleadership, Maestro Strategies was one of the first consulting firms to focuson HIT Return on Investment and the alignment of business strategy withinformation technology strategy. While National President of the HealthcareInformation & Management Systems Society (HIMSS), she developed the strategythat incorporated IT into the association's membership. She negotiated HIMSS'departure from the American Hospital Association and led the development oftwo of its first strategic plans. She is a Board Member of the BusinessSchool at Georgia Tech and the Georgia Tech Foundation and a former facultymember in the Healthcare Informatics program at University of Alabama atBirmingham. Previously, she served on the Board of Medishare International.In 2003, she co-authored the award-winning book, Return on Investment:Maximizing the Value of Healthcare Information Technology. In February 2007,she released the second in this series, Beyond Return on Investment: Expandingthe Value of Healthcare Information Technology.

Mr. Witonsky began his career at IBM where, during a ten-year stint, hewas the advisory Systems Engineer for Princeton University and the MarketingManager for the State of New Jersey. The remainder of his career has been inhealthcare IT, including 13 years at SMS/Siemens as the senior executive insoftware development and operations, helping to grow the company from poststartup to $500 million in revenue and the industry leader. He then becameCEO and board chairman of GMIS, a restart company which became the leadingfraud and abuse IT organization for the payer industry, for which Mr. Witonskyled a successful IPO. He then joined St. Paul Venture Capital as managingdirector of their healthcare fund for 10 years. In 2003, he joined FalconCapital Partners as a Manager Director. He has served as interim CEO andboard member of CliniComp International and is Chairman of the Board ofSentillion, Inc., the leading provider of identity and access solutions tohospitals. Recently, Mr. Witonsky has joined the boards of HCTSi, an HITsoftware firm focused on automating data collection from medical devices andpopulating the EMR and Dairyland Healthcare Solutions, a leader in clinicaland financial systems for rural hospitals.

Mr. Witonsky earned his bachelor's degree from Albright College inMath/Physics and is a graduate of IBM's Systems Research Institute.
