In her position as senior vice president of operations excellence and innovation, Erin Lange's objective is to ensure that Pinstripe is uncatchable, unmatchable and unbeatable at innovation, service, and product solution delivery. Erin works closely with the client services teams in standardizing best practices and maximizing operational efficiencies across all divisions. Erin honed her operations, management and business development skills in GE's technical leadership program. During her tenure, Erin held a series of positions ranging from manager of professional staffing for the Americas, to e-strategist for GE Healthcare Services, to a senior position on the Mergers & Acquisition team. She spent three years in M&A for GE Healthcare, where she worked on strategic partnerships and acquisitions, and was a member of GE Healthcare's Strategic Marketing group.

As business development director at Pinstripe, Greg Summers is responsible for increasing Pinstripe's penetration of the commercial RPO segment. Greg's six sigma proficiency and experience in large-scale RPO, business development, solution design, and service delivery, uniquely qualify him to expand Pinstripe's depth and breadth of client service solutions. Prior to joining Pinstripe, Greg held a series of escalating roles in senior management for Peoplescout, Spherion and Accenture. Earlier in his career he founded two companies: Techstar, an IT staffing and consulting firm; and Interview Technologies, an ASP-based vendor management and resource acquisition solution.

As healthcare practice leader, Frank Johnson is responsible for elevating thought leadership, representing Pinstripe in educational settings, and driving growth through new customer relationships. He brings to Pinstripe a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, informatics and labor productivity. Most recently, Frank was vice president within the Healthcare Informatics Division of Premier where he managed the Labor Management Program. Prior to Premier, Frank served with The Advisory Board as a national practice leader where he learned about growing a healthcare business through the education of healthcare leaders.
