PORT SAINT LUCIE, Fla., March 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Philip Fisher has been named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of USR Holdings, LLC and Amethyst Recovery Center, pending approval by the Florida Department of Children and Families. He will be taking over the executive leadership role previously filled by the founder, Ian Treacy. Following his due diligence, Mr. Fisher has simultaneously made a personal equity investment in the facility's holding company.
