Paul joins PharmaVentures from Sinclair Pharma plc, a UK listed specialtypharmaceutical company, where he was responsible for the development of theinternational business with a marketing partner network spanning over 80countries. He was also responsible for corporate development and worked onthe acquisition and integration of European sales and marketing companies inFrance, Spain and Italy into the Sinclair group. Paul has significant dealmaking and corporate transaction experience with a broad range and size ofcompanies in Europe, USA, Japan, India and Asia in a number of therapeuticareas.
