today announced that Paul Phull has joined the company as Senior Director.
With more than 24 years of senior level commercial, business/corporate
development and general management experience in the pharmaceutical,
biotechnology and medical device industries, Paul will be responsible for
developing PharmaVentures' Corporate Advisory business.
Paul joins PharmaVentures from Sinclair Pharma plc, a UK listed specialty
pharmaceutical company, where he was responsible for the development of the
international business with a marketing partner network spanning over 80
countries. He was also responsible for corporate development and worked on
the acquisition and integration of European sales and marketing companies in
France, Spain and Italy into the Sinclair group. Paul has significant deal
making and corporate transaction experience with a broad range and size of
companies in Europe, USA, Japan, India and Asia in a number of therapeutic
areas.
