Spalding is Co-founder and Principal of The Crawford Spalding Group, an advisory and management services firm that applies extensive operational, financial and transactional expertise to assist companies primarily in the healthcare services industry. Jonas stated, "Bill's experience in the healthcare services industry and his expertise with respect to matters of strategy, corporate development, operations and governmental affairs equip him well to add value to PharMEDium as a member of our Board of Directors going forward. Mr. Spalding's career experience includes EVP Strategy and Managed Care for CVSCaremark Inc., a Fortune 20 company, and Senior Partner in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding LLP, where he led the Private Equity & Investment Funds Practice and was a member of the firm's management committee.
