Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency Director Robert French, Secretary of Health Dr. Calvin B. Johnson, Harrisburg Mayor Stephen R. Reed, and other local and state officials will launch a campaign at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 12, to help Pennsylvania residents prepare for emergencies.

Local Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops will assemble emergency kits as part of the announcement.
