(Other OTC: IMAI) www.imaiinc.com subsidiary Organic Science, has been named Chief Executive Officer of International Merchant Advisors, Inc. (IMAI). Organic Science is the IMAI operating subsidiary that manages Healing Arts medical marijuana clinic in San Diego, California. Newly appointed CEO John Flinn stated, "I am happy to take on the CEO job of IMAI at such an exciting time of its entry and expansion into the medical marijuana business.
