Dr. Horton is a 1983 graduate of the Drexel University College of Medicinein Philadelphia, formally Women's Medical College and the Medical College ofPennsylvania. She completed her Family Practice residency at Ventura CountyMedical Center in Ventura, CA, one of the top family practice residencies inthe nation.
