It is astructured self-assessment tool that leads to a career plan, goals and missionstatement. Career Navigator includes a companion book and a 1 year renewablesubscription to the user's data. This organic, reflective tool helps withongoing interviewing, branding and career change by peeling back personal andprofessional layers to create a vision of future direction and purpose.
