A graduation ceremony for male offenders participating in a reentry treatment program will be held at the Gainesville Correctional Institution. Community Education Centers, Inc. is a vendor under contract with the Florida Department of Corrections to provide reentry treatment services inside state prisons throughout Florida. CEC provides a 9-12 month reentry treatment program at the Gainesville Correctional Institution for male offenders. The reentry treatment program includes a 12-step model associated with AA and NA, and a comprehensive life skills education course focused on the needs of male offenders including addiction, criminal thinking errors, and job-readiness training.
