This is the second consecutive year that Novo Nordisk has been recognized with this prestigious award. Novo Nordisk moved up to 25 from 57 in the overall list and is only one of two pharmaceutical/biotechnology companies so honored.

To pick the 100 Best Companies, FORTUNE partners with the Great Place to Work Institute® to conduct the most extensive employee survey in corporate America.
