North Highland ranked fourth on the magazine’s list, marking the third consecutive year the company has appeared in the top five rankings of major consulting firms. Others in the top five are Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, The Boston Consulting Group, and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Consulting Magazine anonymously surveyed thousands of employees at more than 200 companies, asking them to rate their firms in six categories: Job, Compensation and Benefits, Leadership, Career Development, Culture and Work/life Balance. North Highland ranked first in Leadership and third in both the Culture and Job categories.
