In addition, the April 2, 2010 record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting has been changed to June 15, 2010. The Company chose to reschedule the Annual Meeting to better accommodate key shareholder schedules.

On June 30, 2010, the meeting will begin at 9:00 A.M. Pacific Time and will be held at The M Resort, located at 12300 Las Vegas Boulevard South in Henderson, Nevada.
