This new relationship comes following a recent report from AARP, the American Medical Association and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which found that Americans between the ages of 50 and 64 are finding it hard to shed unwanted pounds: 31 percent of adults in this age group are obese and 27 percent have not been physically active in the past month.
