CHICAGO, Feb. 3 As February's American Heart Month takescenter stage, Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana Jiffy Lube -- a second-yearpartner with the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women(TM) campaign --reminds everyone to 'take to heart' this month's important events aimed atraising awareness about the realities of heart disease, the nation's leadingkiller of women.

Friday, February 6 is National Wear Red Day. Everyone can support thefight against heart disease in women by wearing red. According to the AmericanHeart Association, "It's a simple, powerful way to raise awareness of heartdisease and stroke."

Saturday, February 7, Go Red For Women(TM) will hold casting callsnationwide for real women to tell their stories of the choices they've made tolive a heart-healthy life and improve their well-being. Finalists will beselected from these calls to represent Go Red For Women(TM) in its upcoming2009-2010 marketing campaign, possibly including its second NBC-TV special onwomen and heart disease. The Chicago area casting call will be held at theStratford Square Mall in Bloomingdale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (For moreinformation on casting call locations, visit http://www.GoRedForWomen.org.)

Finally, Chicago and Northwest Indiana Jiffy Lube customers can supportthe Go Red For Women(TM) campaign with a donation of $3 at participatinglocations through March 16, for which they will receive a Jiffy LubeMaintenance Partners for Life (MPFL) savings book containing heart healthyrecipes and $100 in savings from Jiffy Lube. Each $3 MPFL contribution madeduring the campaign, either online or at participating service centers, willbe donated in full to Go Red For Women(TM).
