This new senior executive management role for Mr. Naeymi-Rad follows an11-year tenure at Campbell Alliance extending from the original founding ofthe firm in 1997 by CEO John Campbell. In fact, Mr. Naeymi-Rad was the firstemployee that Mr. Campbell hired upon founding the firm.

Since joining Campbell Alliance, Mr. Naeymi-Rad has played a pivotal rolein the growth of the firm and, specifically, the Brand Management Practice.He has worked on more than 500 client projects with pharmaceutical and biotechcompanies in a dozen countries across North America, the United Kingdom,Europe, and Asia. He has led the development of the Brand Management Practicefrom its inception to its present state. The practice currently has more than80 consulting professionals around the world, and under Mr. Naeymi-Rad'sleadership, it has maintained at least 35% year-over-year revenue growth sinceits inception. Mr. Naeymi-Rad also led the development of new serviceofferings including the Brand Management Practice's Launch Playbook(TM)(launch planning and execution) and Innovation2Value(TM) (commercial planning)capabilities. In addition, he helped launch and co-lead the firm's BusinessDevelopment Practice and spearheaded the development of the firm's operationsin the United Kingdom and Europe.
In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Naeymi-Rad will overseeall business operations of the six consulting practice areas at CampbellAlliance and work to refine core business processes and improve operationalalignment among the practice areas. These efforts will include enhancingmethods and tools, identifying and shaping new service offerings and newpotential practice areas, and leading the firm's next generation approach toaccount management.
