Demandforce D3 seamlessly integrates with Mortenson Dental practice management software to provide targeted communications via email and text messaging. All participating locations are now able to send out branded, customized messages to help reactivate lost patients, retain existing patients, reduce the number of no-shows, measure patient satisfaction and establish an online reputation. Communications can be customized and sent out by individual practice or across the group. With Demandforce, Mortenson can manage 32 individual office portals via a single user interface.

"With only a month into using the system, we have already noticed tremendous results," said Dr. Wayne Mortenson. "Demandforce provides the flexibility to access performance data, manage communications, and monitor our overall online reputation across all offices through one portal." Dr. William Engilman, Mortenson's Chief Technology Officer, added, "Communications can be customized by location and tested on a smaller scale before rolling out to the entire network." Engilman continued by discussing additional features of the system: "Demandforce sparked the growth of our email list with their Email Finder service, which was a huge driver in reactivating lost patients. We saw an immediate benefit just through the initial welcome communication."

"Demandforce is thrilled to add Mortenson Dental to our growing enterprise group," said Sam Osman, vice-president of Demandforce. "Demandforce D3 is a solution that does not just serve large practices, but has proven to be of great value to small- and mid-sized practices as well".

Mortenson Dental will be using Demandforce's full suite of products, including patient communications, reputational marketing, reporting and analytics. The system also allows for multiple levels of user access in order to better serve the practice and ensure consistent brand identity across the group.
