Family Physicians Group (FPG), a Management Services Organization (MSO), has partnered with One Source Pharmacy and selected it as FPG's preferred pharmacy to provide MTM services. One Source Pharmacy will utilize MirixaEdge to longitudinally track medication-related data for Family Physicians Group patients receiving care in a Patient Centered Medical Home setting.

One Source Pharmacy evaluated a number of software solutions to support its initiative and selected MirixaEdge because of the flexibility of its underlying web-based platform, MirixaPro(SM), and the availability of comprehensive customized templates for patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, and cardiovascular disease. With MirixaEdge, One Source Pharmacy can collaboratively work with its client, FPG, and FPG patients to monitor chronic disease states, track progress with drug regimens and educate patients.
