Shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 26, 2010 will vote on the election of directors; the advisory approval of Holtz Rubenstein Reminick, LLP as the Company's independent auditors for the current year; and any such business as may legally come before the meeting. A notice of the meeting, along with related proxy materials, was mailed to shareholders of record on April 16, 2010.
