Mergent, Inc. Announces Changes to the HealthShares(TM) Composite Index, Dermatology and Wound Care Index and Orthopedic Repair Index - Correction

NEW YORK, May 15 Mergent, Inc., administrator for theHealthShares(TM) Indexes, a series of 20 underlying indexes for theHealthShares(TM) Exchange Traded Funds, today announced the following changeseffective on the opening of trading on Monday May 19, 2008: GenzymeCorporation (Nasdaq: GENZ) will replace LifeCell Corp. (Nasdaq: LIFC) in theHealthShares(TM) Composite Index, Coloplast AS (OMX Nordic ExchangeCopenhagen: COLOb) will replace LifeCell Corp. (Nasdaq: LIFC) in theHealthShares(TM) Dermatology and Wound Care Index and Genzyme Corporation(Nasdaq: GENZ) will replace LifeCell Corp. (Nasdaq: LIFC) in theHealthShares(TM) Orthopedic Repair Index. LifeCell Corp. is being acquired byKinetic Concepts Inc. (NYSE: KCI) through a cash tender offer. It waspreviously reported that Ligand Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq: LGND) wouldreplace LifeCell Corp. (Nasdaq: LIFC) in the HealthShares(TM) Dermatology andWound Care Index.

The HealthShares(TM) Composite Index consists of the 80 largest companies,by market capitalization, that are engaged in healthcare, life sciences and/orbiotechnology that are part of the 16 underlying HealthShares(TM) Indexes,selecting the top 5 companies in market capitalization from each of theComposite Eligible Indexes.

Companies included in the HealthShares(TM) Dermatology and Wound CareIndex are engaged in the research, clinical development and/orcommercialization of therapeutic agents for the treatment of a wide variety ofskin disorders by topical or systemic means.

Companies included in the HealthShares(TM) Orthopedic Repair Index areengaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and/or commercialization ofmedical devices, pharmaceuticals and/or regenerative medicine for thetreatment of bone, cartilage, tendon, muscle, ligament, maxillofacial anddental elements, excluding periodontal and skin conditions or disorders.
