An experienced medical device executive, Mr. O'Connor has held seniormanagement positions at Philips Medical Systems, Sony Medical Systems andLockheed Martin Medical Systems. In addition, Mr. O'Connor has been thechief executive officer of several emerging medical device companies, where hehas been responsible for the overall financing, organization, strategy andcommercialization of those enterprises.
