In addition, the Companieswill insert collateral marketing information in mailings sent to theirrespective customers. In consideration of revenues generated for CompleteCare Medical, Inc. through MedeFile's web site, MedeFile will receive apercentage of total monthly sales. Conversely, MedeFile will pay CompleteCare Medical a predetermined commission based on a scalable fee schedule,payable for those new and renewing MedeFile subscribers it produces for theCompany.
