Management and Network Services Completes Agreement with MultiPlan

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 8 Management and Network Services,LLC (MNS) announced today, that it has recently completed a national AncillaryService Agreement with MultiPlan, Inc. to become effective December 1, 2008.Under the new Agreement, MNS will arrange for the provision of skilled nursingservices to eligible health plan participants accessing the MultiPlan Networknationally, and the PHCS Network regionally in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky andOhio. In addition, the agreement will provide access to eligible individualspaying for their own healthcare through programs using the ValuePoint byMultiPlan(R) network. MultiPlan is the nation's oldest and largest supplierof independent, network based cost management solutions, with an estimated 40million consumers accessing its networks. Management and Network Services,LLC is a full service, messenger model network of affiliated skilled nursingand rehabilitation providers, serving the needs of commercial insurers, selfinsureds, TPAs, and Federal State and Local government agencies.
