In this role, Ms. Hoffman will be responsible for the oversight ofMED3OOO's corporate compliance and ethics program, as well as complianceoversight for MED3OOO's existing operating units in the U.S. and newlydeveloped operating units outside the U.S.

Prior to joining MED3OOO, Ms. Hoffman served as both the Director ofCompliance for the Corporate Ethics and Compliance Office and the Director ofthe HIPAA Program Office at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center(UPMC), which employs 50,000 physicians and other personnel in its U.S. andinternational operations. She also served as the Manager of RegulatoryReporting for the University of Pittsburgh Physicians Compliance Office. Ms.Hoffman began her career in Nursing and held various Nursing Managementpositions at Allegheny General Hospital and UPMC Presbyterian Shadyside, whichare both large tertiary care facilities in Pittsburgh, PA. Ms. Hoffman hasalso served as adjunct faculty at the Community College of Allegheny County asa Clinical Instructor and has experience in a variety of clinical specialties.Ms. Hoffman earned a BSN and MSN with a concentration in Health CareManagement from La Roche College in Pittsburgh, PA.
