Lippincott Williams & Wilkins Partners with Dermatology Nurses' Association to Publish Brand-New Journal
Journal of the Dermatology Nurses' Association (JDNA), the DermatologyNurses' Association's (DNA) official journal, will feature the latestpeer-reviewed dermatology news, research, and clinical content. The firstissue of the journal will publish in February 2009 and DNA members willreceive the journal free as a benefit of membership. The full content of thepublication will also be accessible online. Continuing Education opportunitieswill be provided in each issue and may be taken online.
The publishing agreement with Lippincott Williams & Wilkins provides theDNA with full control over editorial content. "The association is at the pointnow where we believe we can control our own destiny, our own future," saidVictoria Elliott, DNA's executive director. "Our new, self-owned journal canbecome the unique voice of the DNA and help to shape the vision of the DNA."
