COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 19 Eli Lilly and Company recentlyunveiled a free pocket-sized health book, A Healthy You! -- America's Guide toHealthy Living, with useful tips and resources to help Americans lead ahealthy life and prevent chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer anddiabetes. Organizations throughout the state of Ohio are distributing the bookto educate Ohioans with the tools they need to lead a healthy life.

"A Healthy You! -- America's Guide to Healthy Living is a wonderful, freetool to share with others," said Ohio State Senator Kevin Coughlin. "Educationand awareness is key to help Americans lead a healthy life, and we encourageother organizations to share this free health resource book."

A Healthy You! -- America's Guide to Healthy Living is aimed at addressingthe effects of poor health in our country. The book is available in Englishand Spanish and includes an extensive listing of specific resources in eachstate where people can access useful programs and agencies in their area.Lilly teamed up with the National Council of La Raza, the largest nationalLatino civil rights and advocacy organization in the United States, to developthe Spanish version, Buena Salud, Buena Vida -- Su Guia de Recursos de Salud.The book is also available online at www.lillyforbetterhealth.com

Inside Lilly's free 148-page health resource book, readers will findinformation on key measures to practicing a healthy lifestyle.
