LifeCare Hospitals Names New Vice President of Marketing

PLANO, Texas, Dec. 8 LifeCare Holdings, Inc., todayannounced the appointment of Diane H. Partridge as vice president of marketingfor the 20-hospital long term acute care hospital system. She will report toPhillip B. Douglas, the company's president.

A proven sales and marketing leader, Partridge brings 20 years ofhealthcare management experience to LifeCare, including experience in seniormarketing, business development and operational roles at top long term acutecare and rehabilitation hospital systems. Partridge was previously vicepresident of sales and marketing for the hospital division of KindredHealthcare, contributing to admissions growth of nine percent per year andsupporting a clinical sales team of more than 300 professionals. She also heldsenior management positions in the Healthcare Group at Johnson Controls Inc.,Tectonic Corporation and HealthSouth Corporation.

Partridge earned a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing fromUniversity of Kentucky in Lexington. She begins her new position December 8.
