PITTSBURGH, Sept. 14 Dr. Dennis Hurwitz F.A.C.S., founder of the Hurwitz Center for Plastic Surgery, and Clinical Professor of Surgery (Plastic) at the University of Pittsburgh Medical School was featured today on the hit medical show "The Doctors". Dr. Hurwitz discussed the first few stages of an extreme patient makeover he performed on a local Pittsburgh resident.

The extreme makeover started five years ago on a now 53-year old woman who was looking to refine her overall appearance after severe weight fluctuations. It consisted of a total body lift of the arms, breasts and upper body, followed by a face and brow lift and liposuction of the neck.

Dr. Hurwitz commented, "The lifts were able to correct many of this woman's main concerns including her excess skin following gastric bypass surgery and lack of neck definition.
