CARPINTERIA, Calif., April 20 A distinguished lifestyle and fitness expert, model, best-selling author, and television personality, LaReine Chabut has been named Director of Women's Fitness and Wellness for the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), a provider of nationally accredited distance education programs.
A pre and post-natal fitness expert, LaReine is the author of Lose That Baby Fat! (www.losethatbabyfat.com), taking a sensible approach to post-pregnancy exercise and emphasizing realistic weight loss, positive self-image, and renewed overall fitness. Most recognized as the lead instructor of The Firm, a popular series of workout videos, she is the leading fitness expert for Fit Pregnancy magazine, and was recently voted "Top Ten Most Fit Moms Online."
