Commenting on these relief efforts, LIFE President & CEO Dr. Mujahid Al-Fayadh stated, "The local residents who have been suffering from food shortages for over a year are now also in dire need of medical assistance. We will continue our humanitarian efforts to help ease the suffering of the innocent civilians caught in the middle."
