Dr. Pancoska has led a distinguished career in the field of immunology forover thirty years. She has held various Laboratory Director positions, mostrecent at the HLA Laboratory, Community Blood Center of Paramus New Jersey.She has been a lecturer and Professor regarding pathology issues for overtwenty-five years and has published numerous papers related tohistocompatibility, antibody screening and allograft transplant.
As a Laboratory Director at LABS Inc. Dr. Pancoska will be part of theteam responsible for providing oversight for all aspects of the laboratory'squality management system including technical and scientific direction of thelaboratory. She will also participate in various continuing education programsand build relationships with members of the transplant community.
