Mr. Faltischek will lead the legal team that will now be 100% dedicated to the aggressive growth of Sandata Technologies. He will continue to be responsible for developing and implementing Sandata's legal strategy and information technology and software product offerings.

In addition to his experience with Sandata Technologies, Mr. Faltischek has over 8 years of leadership and management experience as the General Counsel to a number of companies owned by Sandata Chairman, Bert E. Brodsky. Prior to joining Mr. Brodsky, he worked for the legal firm Rosenman and Colin, as a corporate attorney, in New York City. Mr. Faltischek is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School in New York.
