Under an existing agreement, DSM currently offers FloraGLO(R) brand luteinproducts made with crystalline lutein supplied by Kemin. Under the terms ofthe new global agreement, Kemin will supply FloraGLO(R) brand luteinexclusively through DSM. DSM will commercialize globally FloraGLO(R) brandlutein products through distributors and directly to customers in the dietarysupplement, food and beverage, and over-the-counter pharmaceutical industries.
