Karolinska Development and Uminova Invest Sign Co-operation Agreement

STOCKHOLM and UMEA, Sweden, January 14 KarolinskaDevelopment AB and Uminova Invest AB have entered into a co-operationagreement that will enrich the flow of investment opportunities available toKarolinska Development and enable cost effective commercial development forUminova Invest's portfolio companies. The agreement involves evaluation ofpotential investments; advise to existing portfolio companies as well as exitissues.

Uminova Invest is a regional private equity capital firm providingcapital and competence to prospective growth companies and entrepreneurs witha connection to the Umea University or other educational and researchactivities in the county of Vasterbotten.
