MIAMI, Jan. 25, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ --áJohn Paul Gallardo, DDS, PA, a leading a periodontics and dental implant specialist,
"Palmer Trinity school has a special place in my heart because its more than just a school, it's a prestigious yet humble educational facility that provides opportunities to talented students that otherwise wouldn't have the financial means to pursue this enormous door into their future," said Dr. Gallardo.
The event, beginning at 10 a.m., features a round-robin mixed-doubles tennis tournament in the morning followed by an awards luncheon and silent auction, and a golf tournament in the afternoon followed by awards cocktail reception and raffle. Proceeds give exceptionally good students the opportunity to attend Palmer Trinity School and receive need-based financial aid. The event celebrates its 17th year with golf and tennis as the main event highlights, while lunch, silent/live auctions, raffle, reception, and awards ceremony complete the tournament program.
"For the last seventeen years, Palmer Trinity families, Alumni, faculty and friends join the Block family to honor the memory of Sandy Block and raise funds for outstanding students in need of Financial Aid," said Juan Gomez, Palmer Trinity's Director of Development.
For the first time in its history, raffle prizes will be available. These include a 7 day Alaskan cruise, two tickets to the SoBe Wine & Food Festival, and 3 days, 2 nights stay for two people with a round of golf at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, amongst other rewards. Palmer Trinity School's Head, Patrick Roberts, is expected to attend, as well as the voice of the Miami Heat, Michael Baiamonte.
